
Mat Pilates
Draws on Joseph Pilates' classical repertoire, combines it with functional movements and utilises props such as; magic circle, soft ball, blocks, ankle weights & resistance bands.
Reformer Pilates
These sessions take place on a Reformer, a bed-like machine which uses spring-based resistance to either challenge strength or add stability depending on the exercise.

Lydia Cherry
With over 10 years of experience in Mat Pilates & more than 5 years practicing Reformer Pilates, I've developed a deep understanding of the Pilates method. My approach is grounded in mindful movement, functional strength & a strong connection to form, breath & alignment. Originally from Guernsey, I moved to London in 2015 where I had the opportunity to expand my knowledge & refine my practice in a variety of Pilates studios. I hold a Level 3 Mat Pilates qualification through HFE & completed my Dynamic Reformer Pilates certification with Ten Health & Fitness, one of London’s leading Pilates and wellness providers. I’m currently studying for my Pre & Postnatal Pilates qualification to further support clients through all stages of life and movement. I'm also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA). I’ve now returned home & am excited to contribute to Guernsey’s growing health & fitness community. My approach to fitness is all about feeling good — physically & mentally. In our 1-1 sessions, you can expect a relaxed & supportive space where you're encouraged to listen to your body & move with intention. Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, my goal is to help you feel strong, balanced & connected — both on & off the mat.
